Meet our Chef
Born in Naples, at the age of 15 Dario Parascandolo had already discovered his passion for food and designed his career path working at several hotels as assistant chef. After graduating at the Hotel School of Naples, he has worked in several renowned cities including Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, San Diego, Naples and London gaining a wide knowledge of international cuisines and taking on responsibility in chef de cuisine roles.
For five years he successfully managed a restaurant in the Veneto region receiving great reviews for his cuisine. Dario joined Hotel Danieli in 2014 as Executive Chef where he successfully helms the Terrazza Danieli Restaurant and oversees all of the hotel's culinary experiences.
